On June 13^th, Zhang Mingchao, Chairman Of HNCA, and Paul STEINMETZ , Ambassador of Luxembourg Embassy in China signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

And the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company Ltd. (HNCA)

On the facilitation of visa delivery in the Province of Henan, People’s Republic of China. Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister of Luxemburg, together with Henan Provincial Party Secretary Xie Fuzhan, Governor Chen Runer, witnessed this historic moment.
